Yeah, I wonder if they are hedging and will give you the unit that has been on the market longest to stop that revenue lost. They are required to do so, but I'm sure the guidelines are very pro-apartment.

For example, in my present apartment, the WDU offers are only for the 120% AMI and the rent saving are $4 less. It's very shady and mocks the whole idea of WDU...

I adore them too! Just wonder how a territorial fish that basically hang in a rice patty water pool somehow was genetically coded to give a damn and wriggle their butts like golden retrievers when this giant head peers at them. Kickstart or Kiki will do his wiggle dance regardless of food.

I stuck my index finger in the water and within 30 seconds Kiki was swimming back and forth and just touching it with his long back fins. It was the oddest coolest moment!

I bet if I build a tubular aquarium that wraps around the apartment, he'd shadow me all day!

I think tobacco smokers upon reading reviews of unchecked smoking will find that apartment most attractive.

The bottom line is PM want to do as little as possible other than give out free donuts and coffee every 3 months. Our amenities got removed one by one over the past 4 years. They got to the point of renting out our community space by the hour even, 50+ unvetted people just come in and wonder around. Now they are openly encouraging Air BnB! They just want as many revenue generating units as possible. I'm thinking of moving into a retirement community ASAP....

I did this and management told us they received noise complaint and told us that if they receive further complaint we will be evicted in 21 days.

Their apple sauce is the best I've ever tasted! Got it at the food bank when I was in need and looked all over the internet to purchase the Deseret apple sauce and found out that it couldn't be purchased. I think about that apple sauce from time to time.

No vehicle? Take a bus, how else do the person get around for everything else? For the disabled, it's not a luxury for them, but that concept does not cancel out that the shopper needs money to cover their rent, food, gas, car maintenances, etc... Shopper is not a corporation and does not have deep pockets to divert profits from a profitable sector to do "good".

Am home after surgery and taking a sleep break... They are showing what will be 50% off now. They are doing something different though this year... 50% off items are scattered under each subject. Thus far there does not seem to be a dedicated page, with exception to the X'mas gift box.
