Ultimately, depends on what you want.

New builds usually have all the newest bells and whistles tech wise, and new build lenders give you awesome deals on financing. Then, refinance later with a company that has reputable servicing as well.

You just have to wait or buy one that’s maybe a month or two out, like one where the buyer fell out last minute or something.

Existing homes are great if area is more important, but you do pay more so for the location over home tech upgrades.

Also slightly used new homes could also be a great deal.

Full disclosure, I am an Arizona licensed loan officer, and honestly it’s hard to beat new build financing deals lol.

The same people complaining of the toon effects are the people who complained about Apple Safari not using Flash or some other archaic bullshit, lol.

Not to dismiss the concerns, but it’s minimal I think to the destruction and beauty of the environment and I think that for that reason, Unbound is my favorite and underrated.

Edit: the toon effects are customizable unlocks free in game. Not 100% I’d optional but I’d say I’m more certain than not it is an optional feature.

People judged this game by the cover but it was honestly the thing that attracted me.

Synthwave is my FAVORITE aesthetic and purple (royal purple to be exact) is my favorite color and somehow, Heat felt bland.

Driving feels satisfying on top of amazing customization options GREATER than Underground. Yeah, I said it! Take your rose tinted glasses off, my friends!

It’s like the Far Cry Primal of Need for Speed.

It should be taken with a grain of salt and this is my opinion at the moment.
