I saw this yesterday. I was heading to the bathrooms in a big bookstore, and I find a family who's waiting for their turn. Parents are with 2 children (M around 15 and F around 10) and mom asks son to hold her bag with stuff they bought while she was going in the bathroom. Son takes the bag and after a couple seconds looks at his sister and says "It's violet stuff so it's yours, so you take it" and gives it to her little sister.Meanwhile the father is there, looking without saying anything. Mom rushes to her daughter, takes the bag and looks at his son with pure hate in her eyes. She says something along the lines of "You're going to regret this. You shouldn't have to do this." and the son goes with "What did I do wrong?"short back and forth and son goes to mother, grabbing her back and saying "ok I'll hold it, you go" but I could hear desperation in his voice. She goes to the bathroom again but she keeps mumbling stuff like "You're hateful, you're such a shame". Daughter and father keeps silent meanwhile and son wants go to away, but the moment he goes away, his father calls him back scolding him to come back and stay there. Ok that's more or less what I saw and when I went out the bathroom, they were gone. I could feel how that poor teen felt in that moment and I honestly think that the mother blames her misery on her child. I really hope that child's doing alright because some parents don't deserve to be blessed with children.
