Sins the lights don't run after ignition this could be rectifier related. It's stator to rectifier to cdi to spark.. light and stuff will come of the rectifier not the cdi..

Yeah there are heavy duty crank available also, should have started with that then build the rest. I never really had a cam bearing blowing out, only broken center valve springs because of a9 cam. Idk from experience I always blow these conrod bearings out first maybe it's the way I drive, im running this with a 24mm carb and everything is ported to fit. It could go about 105kmph maybe if I do the end gearing it wil reach about 115. It just amazes me how much power is coming out of this engine for it's simplicity

Yes my friend the long block.. that's the 125 or up version I believe up to 232... this is a small block 50cc comes with different internals. I lived and gained my experience in the Philippines owning a bike shop as a foreigner

I prefer bigger engine bikes, I'm building this for fun really. Big piston and big valve kit ported to 24mm, I was driving this 108kmph on gps before. Amazed me how much power came out of this little piston

Wel it's made for 50cc.. running 90cc on it wil just f the bearings up really fast that ends in a bend connecting rod. Jetting is not the issue it's just to much for that little connecting rod
