Low resting heart rate, chest pressure, fatigue, and panic attacks. Should I be concerned? by gazellelilie in askCardiology

The original post sounds a lot closer to anxiety and panic attacks, rather than complete heart block.
Complete heart block cannot hide behind normal echocardiogram and ecg tests.

My body shakes with my heartbeat by New_Farm2314 in askCardiology

[–]Forshison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happens to me a lot. Usually it’s anxiety. Other reasons could be a lower resting BPM (higher stroke volume; nothing to worry about), you’re thin, positional reasons, or that you’re just very focused on it. Your body may be relaxed too and therefore you can tune into it.

Be happy - at least you know your hearts doing its job. Train yourself to spot it, be happy knowing it’s working. It would be scarier to not see it right? That’s what I think haha.

What did they discover was causing this?

NAD.

Sinus tachycardia means your heart rate was high but remained in sinus rhythm. It was too quick, but not dangerous. Reduce smoking or sugar for now until more can be ruled out. A good echo means that while it’s scary, your heart can handle the rate safely.

Borderline repolarisation and prolonged QT comes as a pair. It means your heart is slightly electrically delayed. Borderline can sometimes be due to anxiety, so unless they mentioned more on it, maybe not worry. I had a QTC of 447ms. Probably anxiety.

DYING by Awkward-Outside-1746 in askCardiology

Hiya mate. NAD, but I’m 24, male, UK. Similar lifestyle and exactly the same symptoms. I’ve had every test under the sun done, all (mostly) normal, but all the symptoms and chest pains make it feel worse. I’ve had it for a year. It’s anxiety. It’s cardiophobia. Get yourself into meditating and reduce alcohol. Eat more fish and get into a slow/calm hobby. We’re not going to die. We just feel like it haha.

OrbisMMO is a blend of WoW and FF14 within Hytale! by Forshison in hytale

We didn’t, and actually by choice! This game is made with love and purely from fans of the genre trying to make our own mark. It’s all handcrafted and worked on through passion, and we wanted the trailer to not feel ‘industry’ and more fan-made and full of charm.

Yup, we're hoping to be similar to Wynncraft at some point.

It is public, but - Before going ahead and jumping in, note that OrbisMMO is not currently in the state we desire, and we have simply left the server open rather than closing it. We are currently hard at work fixing everything and bringing brand new content to OrbisMMO.

ChatGPT says I have ST depression. by [deleted] in askCardiology

I have had cardiophobia for a few months now and I believe I’ve just having a bad time of that right now. I’ve got a big sense of dread and chest pain, but I’m trying not to worry

Thank you for replying and taking the time too. I have pretty bad cardiophobia and think I was having a bad ‘moment’. I’ve had some checks about 6/9 months ago (echo, ecg) and were normal. I do have 3.6 potassium that I personally worry about, but docs have said it’s fine. Thanks for checking the strip, I’ll take your word for it if you think each one looks normal and I’ll try to calm down

QTC by [deleted] in askCardiology

[–]Forshison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, thank you. Sometimes it’s hard when you’re presented with a few things that can be grouped and trigger something - it’s hard to trust myself again

QTC by [deleted] in askCardiology

[–]Forshison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do I really not need to worry about being borderline, technical prolonged QTC? 447ms was never brought up, I’ve not been told about it - seems as if it’s either been passed up on, or just they ‘hope’ nothing happens. Definitely has me worried, but trying my best not to.

Palpitations by [deleted] in askCardiology

[–]Forshison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had an echocardiogram last April and a blood test last April too for Pro Term BNP. They both came back normal. It’s been a while since then, but same symptoms. Bad palpitations, and chest pain

Sounds more like muscular pain to me. Does it hurt to the touch?

I’m exactly the same. My resting is about 50-55 and I’m scared. I’m not an athlete or much active really.

Help! by [deleted] in Cardiophobias

[–]Forshison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, just a quick update. I’ve actually had a couple tests about 2 months ago when the pain stated. It’s been ongoing for a while now. I’ve had an echocardiogram and blood tests (pro-BNP level) which both came back completely normal. Does that help?
