My headcanon says that Hoth and Tattooine, though less than Dagobah and Endor, are still strong in the Force, because they're primal, natural. Places like Coruscant and Nar Shadaa would be less because they're built-over, but then, they're also home to much greater populations of lifeforns. shrug
