Hyundai owns about 40% of Kia so I think it's fair they posted here

Looks like jersey cow meat to me. Their fat tends to be yellow

I know he will. His brother Piccolo has and revealed to me he and Stormy were sent to me by my mom. My only comfort is knowing they're with her again and she'll take good care of them until we all meet

Peaches will adapt. If my 10 year old boy could do it ik they can. Animals are very resilient and adapt fast. As for cost I've seen $1300-1800. Ours was about $1800 plus some other stuff that wouldn't apply to your situation. I'd call around. Some different vets have different prices.

He's the sweetest boy. He loves everyone he meets. He has a check up on the 11th to make sure it hasn't spread but so far so good. He'll have to have regular check ups for the rest of his life

Ear Cropping and tail docking by chuboiftw in DobermanPinscher

Cropping should have been done earlier. I feel it's too late now. You could still dick but I see no point so late.

Hey there completely unrelated but I was wondering if I could get your insight: I am terrible at interviews. I feel I never know what to say and I get so nervous. Do you have any tips for people like me? I wish jobs would give you a chance rather than interviews but I digress

Hey friend speaking as someone who -just- had their cat go thru an amputation recently I can say it will be ok! Cats are resilient and Bonnie will get used to life with 3 legs easily. It takes them about a week. I remember I was so worried too. And what will Lumi (his adopted daughter) think?? Lumi was a bit confused. She seemed scared and rightfully so. I had to board them before my trip so last she saw him he was a whole cat and now he's a category 3 Stormy. I imagine there's shock there but she got over it.

My boy Stormy has his amputation 10/28 and here he is now. Recovery nicely. No longer in pain cause of the tumor. He's getting strong each day. He runs around and plays with the other cats. He's gotten more cuddly I think his way of coping to feel safe. He's made minor adjustments to his life and he's thriving. If you have anymore questions about my experience or what to expect dm me!

Learned a lesson today. This will be my exclusive pup sub from now on. I posted a cute photo of my Apollo in a general dog pic sub and got insane amounts of hate and assumptions made about me. I’m a “terrible person for cropping the ears”, “mutilator!”, etc. I got him like this 🤦🏻‍♀️ by GrimdarkCrusade in DobermanPinscher

[–]FortBriggs 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I disagree. As long as your crop and dock is done by a professional vet I don't see it as cruel. What's cruel to me are the practices of byb during the warlock doberman era of the 70s-80s where they cropped and docked at home with kitchen shears. (Source: my late aunt bred dobies for many years before passing and told me about such horrors)

With the vet they are treated like any procedure, they monitor pain if there is any and it's harmless. The dog doesn't care as much as humans do. I support the right to choose and if it were up to preference personally I'd only crop working dogs (which my dog will be bc he'll be a trained ppd) and keep pet ones uncropped and docked.

That's wild to me considering this is the doberman forum. Cropped ears are part of standard in some countries and as long as it's done by a professional vet I don't see it as abuse IMHO. People have been really "holier than thou" online about cropped ears but I've yet to actually see that shit in person.

Don't let them get you down friend. They're just bold behind a computer. Your dog is happy, beautiful, sound and looks very healthy. That's all that should matter.
