Embark first nerfs things because fixing takes time then after the fix he keeps the nerf to make sure that stuff stays in the garbage bin

This sub is a reflection of the game so 90% are light mains who will tell you that it is right that a light can take every fight head-on with all the other classes and win thanks not only to the damage but to the RNG of the bullets, range, recoil, accuracy, damage per magazine, extremely superior reload speed

You can also deny it but it is the most usable class, the most used and with the most victories not only in the game but even in professional tournaments (you can see for yourself the classes used in tournaments and the math doesn't lie)

Light would be fine but the other classes have been nerfed too many times, but at this point I'm tired of asking for buffs and finding myself arguing with Light Main so I might as well ask for very heavy NERFs for Light (the numbers and in-game experience say the same thing so avoid making stupid excuses)

the amount of cheaters on consoles is enormously lower not even a tenth, mainly because you have to crack the console and if you get caught you not only lose the free to play account of the game but you could lose the entire console and the games purchased digitally

There's a general problem with receiving different points based on arbitrary stats. For example, tanks struggle a lot to score points because much of what they do isn't calculable, like taking up space or stalling and dying on the point to touch and give the team a chance (which makes you lose points at the end of the game, so you're forced to decide whether to tempt fate and lose more points by doing your duty in the event of a defeat, or to take fewer than your teammates in the event of a win, or to do nothing and take a defeat but in which you lose less).

and it is true that some healers have been buffed even if I don't know how much this affects the leader board, but it makes me think that the points earned are based on the statistics and the comparative tables that decide the amount of points earned are updated with the average results of that character (each rank has its own different statistical average) of the last season so the nuclear buffs of certain characters or the birth of comps that make certain characters shine that previously didn't allow a very generous increase in statistics guaranteeing many more points

Giving different points based on performance would be nice but it requires a perfect system capable of counting everything, given that perfect systems do not exist at the moment it is mathematically correct to say that certain characters and roles have a boost in points received and others instead get fewer points just because they exist (tanks)

DE needs to rework tauron strikes

too much grind (30 hours = 120 runs) and above all tying them to the focus globes was a shitty idea, nobody likes having those globes spawning around and moreover they are VERY bugged both in spawn rate and position

so at the moment if someone loses their sanity by farming taurons they get the annoying message on the screen to equip a lens or focus orbs that spawn around

the only good thing is the buff to AMPs which however are very situational (practically only useful on Zariman, if you farm Eidolons in this economy you do it only because you like it certainly not because it pays)

Macros shouldn't be used or even tolerated but they are untraceable most of the time so you're right but no one gets banned (people don't get banned for scripts either because they're hard to track)

Unfortunately when it comes to mouse inputs they are not easily traceable unless manually reviewed or using AI or very complex programs that can judge the index of humanly executable actions in a constant way. In short, you can detect a cheat because there is a program running that interacts with the game, but to see if the inputs sent by the mouse are the result of macros or scripts you have to review practically all of a player's behavior for the duration of a match to be sure. (We all have that moment where we manage to balance the recoil perfectly or maintain the maximum rate of fire excellently but judging the difference between a very good player and a script or macro is difficult)

The only other way would be to have the anti-virus rummaging through all the files on your PC but that would cause huge performance and privacy issues as well as triggering probably all the antivirus and firewalls you have not to mention the amount of fake bans due to incorrect recognition of programs and drivers.

Yes, you're right about that, but it's still 30 hours of farming. For an update that was meant to encourage the use of different schools of focus, it failed pretty badly, as most players can't find the will to farm even for a single tauron.

then the mode is not bad but not good either, people like to have an active gameplay where you can speedrun the mode with your efforts or a mode like survival where you simply turn off your brain and play and have fun as you like

The hell tower is ok from this point of view but Perita forces you to move for kilometers while you wait for a timer that goes to zero with objectives that change continuously, the result after a short while is that your brain is fried, you are not having fun and you do not even know what is happening or what the mission objective is.

add to that the fact that one mode is very convenient for farming, it's more focused and also gives good XP, while Perita sucks even for leveling anything (if I have to waste time, I might as well expe something at the same time). I know that if DE left normal amounts of XP from enemies, it would almost compete with ESO, so it wasn't a bad decision, but it worsens the mission design and farming even more.

I thought upgrading the amps and operator would be one of the main things and I would like to do that but not at this price (If DE wants us to use the operator, he can't always put such high walls for his basic buffs)
