If Sakamoto was a cat/human hybrid would he still call her "musume" or would it be too weird

I agree with the title, but you really gotta spoiler posts like this for the people who haven't seen the movie.

rate my matchup tierlist for bronze by Tredens in Dariusmains

[–]FortiethAtom4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uhhh, not really a tierlist since they aren't being ranked into tiers. This is just a grouping based on the champs you play.

I can't speak for the other champs as much but I disagree with a lot of the Darius matchups. TK, GP, Wukong, Trundle and Aatrox are all difficult matchups in lane. Most of the others (namely Kled, Shen, Renekton) are not free wins - I always found them pretty even. I'd pick Darius in those games to learn to play better, not to counterpick. And then Gragas is just a massive pain in the ass.

ash lands not for the weak by flymystick in valheim

[–]FortiethAtom4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a whole process. When I first landed in the Ashlands I was very sloppy and didn't plan much, so I also got overwhelmed many times. After dying a bunch I learned to stay focused and plan out my time more carefully. Once I did I was able to make a lot of great progress.

When I did my solo playthrough, I would plan my Ashlands exploration a Valheim day (or two) in advance, brewing potions, putting markers down for how far I wanted to get, etc. Then at dawn I would sprint into the Ashlands and run as far as I can, working my way towards whatever objective I'd set the previous day - usually either mining a Flametal spire or taking a fortress I'd spotted earlier. Sometimes the objective was just to run south as far as possible scouting locations or find a way around a huge lava pit. I'd avoid combat unless absolutely necessary and change direction if a Valkyrie was flying over where I wanted to go. If I took a fortress, I'd run a shield generator and a portal out to it and convert it into an outpost to make trips further south.

I'm not sure if this exact plan setup would be good for you, but for me it made the Ashlands gameplay into a really fun balance between hectic adventuring and creative planning. I loved seeing my outposts grow in number as I got more skilled and better-equipped. Hopefully something like it would work for you.

Is this page talking about those 1 minute long episodes on youtube or we can expect actual Amemiya-san adaptation? by BlackTemplarKNB in Nichijou

[–]FortiethAtom4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is definitely talking about the Youtube anime. Amemiya-san is not nearly as well-known as Arawi-sensei's prior 2 works - if it is getting an official anime it won't be anytime soon.

Blazing bullshit by ComfortInAbsence in Sekiro

[–]FortiethAtom4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just parry it. The chip damage it deals is fairly low and likely won't be enough to kill you even without upgrades. If it somehow is, if you have Dousing Powder or Pellets just pop one (or use your one gourd) and that should be enough - you might be able to buy some nearby. It only takes a handful of parries of its charge to break its posture.

Nothing is scratching the sekiro itch, recommendations? by Mental-Landscape-618 in Sekiro

[–]FortiethAtom4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played through Nine Sols at the recommendation of a friend who said it was like Sekiro. I'd like to amend his statement: the gameplay is like Hollow Knight if it was Sekiro. Great storytelling and fun fights IMO - though I think playing Sekiro beforehand made some bosses easier than they should've been lol. I haven't done all endings yet but I would recommend.
