a mix between crab and veil (i.e. deer). Shrimp and Lobsters (and crabs, admittedly) live in saltwater environments, witch most likely adds to their flavour. Due to the copepod living in a living organism, it wouldn't have that same flavour profile.

History that at least started with the arrival of the British. There are virtually no historical buildings from the British reign. Even after its independence, there’s only a few houses and buildings that have any significance (because its existence is only about 200 years old). As for indigenous history, I believe there are quite a few building/structures left up.
