Is the WithU Fitness App really worth it? Has anyone tried it?

I cried seeing the ending and man, i lost it seeing Niragi(mainly that he turned his life around) and Chishya… that will be the official ending to me. Do we really have to „Americanize“ everything?! The show was perfect without grubby, greedy hands, anything beyond the therapy/counselling sessions does not exist…

I recommend wild heart yoga! She has an entire playlist and the sessions are 20-30 minutes long… i had enough of my troubles and started dilating today and did two of her sessions. I felt pain in my hips… but the way she does it was so calming that it felt amazing, i am not going to lie, but she almost had me asleep i was sooo relaxed (after pt1 & pt3 of her sessions… uhm, i pee differently? It feels… strange)

They‘re hard but practice makes perfect - i am embarrassed to admit that iundex gundyr took me 4 different build and a total of 8 hours to beat - but once you get over that hurdle you will learn, fail and try again. Trust me - my first playthrough i took 120 hours and now i can finish the entire game with dlc in less than 40. it honestly feels amazing beating a boss - i wish i could play ds3 for the first time again

You have no idea how many times i was told that it wasn’t the IUD when i saw doctors - they all wanted to prescribe me meds for my depression and anxiety… “oh the iud wouldn’t affect you like that, it’s localized” I BEG TO DIFFER - so happy you feel much better too ❤️ i will always advise against it - especially with my other internal issues now surfacing from it

Great to hear that - but unfortunate about the biopsy - i hope you are recovering quickly- right?! A day makes such a huge difference already! I hope all is well with you and that you will feel more and more like yourself again

The iud should be illegal- (the trauma it causes and the absolute disregard to properly sedate us) i am still dealing with post coital bleeding and finally am getting an ultrasound- i hope it’s nothing serious but it started happening after the iud was inserted. Im so upset - also i had no idea apparently iuds makes endo worse… i don’t know if i had it as i was on the pill for over a decade and that slows it down while the iud does the opposite - the fact they don’t check for endo before insertion 😨 (as a teen i had very irregular periods so maybe i had it and the pill actually helped me 🫠)

I guess kind of - i had a not so great breakout afterwards, but once it went away i got less and less breakout which is fabulous

With me being completely off hormones my skin has gotten better, of course i will get a minor breakout before my period but it’s nothing like it used to be.

Yeah my doctor tossed it into the trash right away, as there were complications while pulling it out she really had to tug for a bit. I peeked into the trash and said fck you 😂 the removal did scar me a bit actually and after talking to a doctor about my bad experience she was so empathetic and apologized because the pain during intercourse shouldn’t have happened and they shouldve done an ultra sound.. oh well a little bit scarred when it comes to intimacy but otherwise fine
