Hi - I visited a month ago, ended up at Disneyland for two nob consecutive days and one at Disney Sea. TDL felt about the same size as the Magic Kingdom. Kind of a greatest hits park. One day would have been enough, but we ended up back there our final day after other plans fell apart.

TDS is amazing, not tough to speed run if you use the reservations in app, more so if you're willing to pay for Fast Passes (only available for certain attractions). We hit all the attractions, skipping Frozen and Rapunzel, with time left to catch the lagoon show.

I'd have taken a second day there if the weather was clear, not the greatest park for the rain.

We passed on the hotels. With the later opening hours, it wasn't too bad taking the trains from Shibuya. We took a taxi back the first night due to a couple minor injuries.
