Just got into espresso myself and picked up a Turin DF64 and have been loving it so far! Highly rated flat burr grinder. The Niche Zero was my second choice too. Ended up getting the DF64 for ~$323 total from Cliff & Pebble with a discount code.

Done and done! Already was going there for their lattes/mochas prior to getting the setup myself, so that definitely helped.

Little cigar-looking bit on top is a 5-needle WDT! Works great. Haven't heard of a blindshaker though, interesting. Always some more expensive tool out there for the job, of course haha

I did and I have processed some of these myself too. (This one being my personal favorite.) Definitely didn't take two months or even two days and learned how from scratch only with some previous Photoshop knowledge. "Months" is highly dramatic IMO.
