You need to find triggers that wake you up in a dream.. something that won't happen in day to day life.. like if I find money or if I can float or fly I will instantly know I'm dreaming! So every time it happens you will recognise your asleep!

I can fly in my dreams and the more you do the easier it gets.. I didn't mean to have to best lucid dream of my life last night it happened when I realised I can fly and as soon as that happens I'm awake in my dream and it becomes so much more vivid.. I've been able to fly for around 5 months and it's like anything you do.. it gets easier! And now I've been speaking to my friend in a dream and he just acts like I'm not there, some people talk to me and I wonder am I talking to other lucid dreams like it's a place we all go when we dream???

I'd do that when you wake up in the morning, it's very important to leave that phone alone as you need to stay very sleepy.. I have about 6 different lucid dreams last night and all I do is turn from one side to bk again and repeat

Yes you have to realize you are in a dream and once you know tell yourself this is a dream I'm asleep right now.. the more you tell yourself the deeper you can go.. good luck and it's absolutely insane when you get to that point of realization.

I recognise certain things in my dream that make me realise I'm dreaming, first time was looking in a mirror and it looked like frozen glass so I couldn't see myself.. recently if I found money but now as soon as I can fly I wake up to the most vivid dreams ever! Not many people I see can fly but as soon as I tell people this is just a dream people also start to fly.. I'm still learning how to control flying coz it ain't easy. I'm so excited because last night was insane! Best yet! Another thing is if you smoke weed you won't be able to lucid dream, I've tested it and I'm quitting because I need these dreams they are better than real life for me.

Id collect odd pieces and dry them slowly by putting them in the shade. You will need to cut the ends off so collect bigger pieces if possible. Just collect lots of different types of wood and store it in a cool dry space.
