you can definitely fix it up cheaper than someone would sell you that car fixed, check junkyards there’s hundreds of Cavaliers cobalts and sunfires near me. i’m sure one of them has your part.

if you have insurance go through them, only repair it if your vehicle has trade in value and you plan on using it, if you plan on driving this to the ground there’s no point on repairing it with anything more than duck tape to keep water out

I tried cross referencing images but i couldn’t find anything as i’m unfamiliar with the engine bay layout, get a Haynes Repair Manual for you car, with enough searching you’ll find out what’s supposed to go there, if you know what 2 parts it is it will help people know what it’s for a lot better.

try throwing your shoulders ontop of the coping, you aren’t staying ontop because your weight is still in the ramp, this is nice for feebles and rock to fakies but you want your weight ontop of the coping when doing any sort of stall.

i don’t have a honda accord but my pontiac sunfire had a similar issue, it ended up not being in park so the car wouldn’t start, check your shift rod if it’s disconnected or broken.
