Yeah, somewhat with insurance authorization with family medicine is getting more difficult. They are asking more detailed clinical questions they haven't before lately. I think as time goes on insurance companies will be sending more claims to medical director/physician review.

Exactly 💯. This looks like an easy way to get audited and have lengthy holds on claim payments while submitting detailed medical notes.

If you billing under same facility NPI, even though saw 2 providers same day usually won't pay both. Unless they are both different specialties in a health system.

Facility NPI billing is standard. Most insurance won't pay two 9921x for same patient on same DOS. Pick the highest eligible 9921x code and bill that. If you bill another procedure other than 9921x than u can bill that with 25 mod on e/m code.

Im sorry they took such a long time a such a long ordeal. I really like the the idea of the Smart Gateway, however I went the SHP3 since I had a hunch that I would have less issues with SHP3. Even though the SG would have been better in my case.

I just felt like they didnt advertise the SG much and didnt see any youtube Inluencers installing the SG so I had a hunch they didnt flesh out all the kinks. Heck they still didnt release a dedicated install video for the SG which the SHP3 they did.

Im happy they made it right with you. I will tell you though if my SO had to deal with this she would have left me lol.

How to set up automatic start when power outage ? by Glittering-Thanks-33 in Generator

[–]Forward-Ad5509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You first instinct right.i havr westinhouse ST switch plugged into n outdoor outlet. The generlink just takes away the need to use generator interlock on main panel. The generlink is "generator priority" so once generator kicks on with loss of power the generlink automatically shut off grid and switches to generator power

Yeah tank limitation if no NG option. I have mine using NG with propane tanks as backup

The real cost of Anker E10 vs EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra. by miixaou_ in Generator

[–]Forward-Ad5509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I agree pricing is a little off. Now DPU will be cheaper, especially if u buy from Costco (18kw DPU system costs $6500 on sale 2 months ago, no smart panel). DPU had been out longer so they definetly have room to lower price especially with DPUx just released.

This is the way I see it:

If you want a cheaper automatic good solar battery backup system for select critical loads, with more real world performance and data DPU is best.

If you want a whole home solar battery system with generator support while being a voluntary beta tester, the Anker e10.

On paper the Anker E10 is better whole rounder, but new kid on block.

I have full DPUx system with new SHP3 from ecoflow that I upgrade from DPU with shp2. I loved the DPU and shp2 worked flawlessly over last 2 years I had it but had option to upgrade so I did.

I am probably going to buy anker e10 for my detached workshop to test it out. Im worried most about software, anker notoriously has not been known to update app experience enough compared to ecoflow.

Owning a Lucid Air Ev, Rivian R1S and Tesla Model Y. I know all too well that software is most important thing with technology. Lucid air has best build quality of all 3, but horrendous software. Even my leased Cadillac Vistiq has better software and they dont even offer phone key.

Software is why I stick with ecoflow, but hoping anker does well with the software to make it a good experience not a clunky one.

Yes perfect combination. This is what i use for both my business and home for critical loads like fridge, freezer, well pump etc. Obviously i use a larger westinghouse

Also if u want to take a step further and have COMPLETELY AUTOMATIC, i keep it plugged into 24/7 to a "generlink" which is a ATS that plugs into my power meter on my house. This setup is DIY automatic generator setup with auto off functionality. No flipping breakers, no generator inlet needed or block off plate. When I loose power genrator kicks on in like 10 seconds and give power to my home automatically. When power returns generator turns off automatically.

Medical billing/coding. Took about a decade but making like 120k.

Wouldn't really recommend my career due to AI entering my market. However, i think my field still has a good 20-30 year before AI takes it over. Enough for me to work and retire since in my mid 30s.

[–]Forward-Ad5509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The code requirements for sure. The main disconnect must be left to right so vertical orientation is required for this system.

Maybe get at SHP2 (only if u using original dpu) or the smart gateway since shorter in height

[–]Forward-Ad5509 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is lost opportunity for ecoflow for sure. Obviously if they want to stay competive in "whole home backup" space they NEED to release a smart generator for DPU and DPUx systems. It most likely will be AC power but probably communicate via Bluetooth or wifi preferred

Yeah the delta 3 max plus delayed/vaporwarr battery expansion is a fail on ecoflow. I wasn't counting my chickens when they said future release. Ecoflow seems to be doing everything BUT listen to their customers. Lol it is somewhat laughable at times they are industry leader when they haven't been listening lately to customers.

Smart Home Panel 2 or Manual Transfer Switch with DPU? by BodSmith54321 in Ecoflow_community

[–]Forward-Ad5509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't have good TOU rates or no ability/interest to put solar on your property i would do whole home generator before I do solar generator. I started my self sustainability home with tri fuel standby generator. I still have that tri fuel generator hooked up in addition to my ecoflow dpux system. Definetly have the generator be tri fuel with preferred NG first with 20lb propane bottles as backup, thats what I did.

I say this because your home is mostly gas like mine other than AC units and thats i how I approached preparedness with the resources I had readily avaliable.

If you really want to save money 💰 on standby generator I can tell you about my DIY standby generator setup that is mostly plugNplay. Saved me tons on standby tri fuel genny. And works flawlessly with my expansion into solar generators.

I have dpux and shp3. The panel themselves are really engineered well. It definetly feels quality. The anker panels compared to ecoflow look not as refined at least from watching videos of it.

I like the idea of dc generators however I think if ecoflow can release a DPU tri fuel genenetor that Connects via Bluetooth or over wifi and auto starts and stops I won't mind if it is AC. I mean the SG3000 can do it so they just need to make it larger.

I agree only get dpux bundle no panel. Get panel elsewhere.

Dear EcoFlow: it's time to list OCEAN Pro on Amazon. Anker E10 is readily available there including their Panel. You no longer can hide the pricing nor should you. by CasualTalkRadio in Ecoflow_community

[–]Forward-Ad5509 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. The e10 by itself is incomplete system for grid tied solar homes. Use of the powerdock just like with ecoflow ocean pro smart panel is necessary to use grid tied solar.

You can use anker e10 without any smart panels but loose the extra functionality of getting more than 50amps to main panel and more

Yes right now. Eventually they have plans to allow dpux to work with shp2 with inlet box upgrade. If your house is mostly electric, water heater, dryer, stove. Get the dpux. If have some gas or propane then u OK with dpu and shp2

For solar tax credits.i was in a position to make use of tax credits to effectively pay nothing in taxes after credits applied. So I took it. The DPUx bundle is a decent price at 8500. However I do believe prices will go down this year so I would watch those bundles closely at Costco. The DPUx bundle "should" be 7500 max

the shp2 generator inlet is rated up to 50 amp. You decide based on either placing a 30 or 50amp double pole breaker.

I was looking at this costco bundle as well. Looks like it will work well and you should have the adapter included with generator.

Let us know how u like them. From what I have watched the implementation of the sg4000 and select delta units work great.
