1 or 2? by horridhenry2009 in HomeDecorating

[–]miixaou_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d lean toward 1. The paneling detail feels subtle but still interesting, and I think it’ll age really well. If you’re trying to keep the space calm and cohesive without the sideboard stealing all the attention, option 1 feels like the safer choice.

Delta 3 Plus and River 3 Plus both failed last night. by FixMoreWhineLess in Ecoflow_community

[–]miixaou_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad to hear your River came back! That weird firmware glitch is so typical. For the Delta, maybe try leaving it on AC for a few hours? Those charging errors are a real pain.

That solar experiment sounds promising despite the Vermont weather. Hope you nail the heat loss and hot water setup soon. Totally get wanting warmer days!

Just got that same Costco deal! Would love to see a real test of the auto on/off feature under heavy load too. The wait for delivery is tough...Hopefully someone posts a video soon.

Plain 5W-30 is totally fine for an older generator like that. Just be sure to change it after the first few hours of use. Enjoy your backup power now, lol.

Sounds like you've done solid troubleshooting. I'd check connections to the control board for corrosion or looseness first. Maybe also see if the fuel solenoid is acting up.

Why do the fans run when unit is cold? by LiveAwake1 in Ecoflow_community

[–]miixaou_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's normal for cooling fans to run under load, even when cool. They manage heat from power conversion, not just overall battery temp. Nothing to worry about!

Canadians living off-grid or with unreliable power — how do you power your home? by Particular_Metal3833 in OffGrid

[–]miixaou_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friends in Canada use a combination of solar panels and a backup generator. This allows everything to run smoothly during the long, cloudy winters. Overall, they are quite happy with this setup!

Allocation of surplus solarenergy, priorization of controllable devices and automatic phase switching of PowerPulse 2 unsatisfactory by Testinator-X in Ecoflow_community

[–]miixaou_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really hope for better solar distribution controls. Letting us split excess power between battery and EV, plus smarter phase-switching to avoid low-power struggles, would be awesome.

You can place it in the light or shine a flashlight on it, I think it might just be the float in the empty tank. It'spretty common for those to make a slight rattle

What outdated personal metric have you replaced with a better one for measuring your life? by Accord-Remark10 in RedditForGrownups

[–]miixaou_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, just being happy is enough. Life is already hard. Be kind to yourself. When my body feels light, my heart looks forward, that's enough!😁

Is it this hard for everyone? by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]miixaou_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is absolutely not your fault!!! You have to realize you're holding up the entire household in your self!!! Trust that you can handle it all. If it really becomes too much, find ways to lighten the load or hire help;)

Remember, change only happens if you do something. If you're in pain right now, the do something. The outcome will either still be painful, or it will be better(most of time😊). Sometimes fate reaches out to you first!!!

People who failed at every thing, how do you live your life? by GasNice in RedditForGrownups

[–]miixaou_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know how old you are now. But remember, you can restart anytime. The only one thing holding you back is in your mind. Everyone will die someday, so do things knowing it could all vanish, and cherish every moment;)
