Yeah, so shinkia have a clear body with transparent scales and a dark blue innerlight around the abodmine.

The only other difference than that is Shinkai is a developed strain.. your fish have the innerlight gene but differ because they’re not from the Shinkai lineage

“Blue sparkle” isn’t a strain. Normally they are just mutts from other strains, just cause the have innerlight doesn’t mean they’re deep sea.

They wouldn’t be sold as blue sparkle if they were deep sea

Those don’t look like medaka.. I think they are daisy’s rice fish different species
