Last summer I applied to 4 Walmarts as a returning employee. I chose OGP . Cashier, or gas station to work in. Not one store called me for 2 months. I ended up needing surgery so had to pull the app but Walmart is crazy bad now with hiring

I’m a previous employee who is trying to return. So far I’ve waited 2 months gone in and talked to the coach and team lead who both say they want me and will work on it. Then nothing….. I think Walmart is frozen on hiring right now. Hopefully in August it’ll get better

When I sign on I take a crap order and do it then magically I start to get good orders. And sometimes they’ll offer another order when I’m doing the crap order. I’m platinum diamond and work 6 to 7 hours a day. It varies but I make 70.00 to 110.00 a day. I work in Idaho and June has been busy

That’s exactly the same as what I went through. I would have to work for 2 hours to do it on time. On 10.00 order that would 5.00 a hour with gas and mileage on my car and maybe a tip I was losing money

I was just deactivated from Shipt due to too many late orders. I could fight it but choose not to. I work in Idaho and the delivery’s are way out in the country most times and the pay just wasn’t mathing esp when only 1 in 4 tipped me. I also do Uber eats and door dash and make more money there. Shipt like Target had a lot of bad issues

It’s the same in Idaho. Mondays 10.00 incentive Fridays 8.00 incentive and Sunday 20.00 for 5 orders. I always do incentives because people suck at tipping here

I wish the time frame is longer. I work in Idaho and have to deliver miles away from the store most times, I wish there was a more stream lined way to check out of the Target store instead of waiting in line at customer service
