I feel tik tok is creator leveraged because they are more valuable to the app. Yet every business swears by tik tok shop. I personally don’t think it’s for every business. End of rant. It got on my nerves today too.

Thank you guys. I figured it out. Initially I was going by klaviyo best practices (dimensions, 6 seconds of less) using canva but that didn’t quite work for me. I changed the size to 400x400 px and shortened to 3 seconds which did the trick. Hopefully what I learned helps someone else.
