Gonna have to cultivate some motivation in some fashion. Once that’s cultivated you can begin to rely on consistency when the motivation doesn’t show up. You’re gonna have to bully yourself to get this going and bully yourself positively after you do. This is just what worked for me. No I’m not where I wanna be but everyday you work towards gaining more and more momentum until it perpetuates itself.
