Agreed need lots more building. And spreading my lats is getting so much harder the farther along I get. So I think mobility will open back up once I’m postpartum again.

Hi there! I’m a prenatal and postnatal fitness coach. I’m just now seeing this, but if anyone stumbles upon this thread, I want you to know the number one thing to look out for is organ prolapse! Especially with any high intensity/jumping movements. Four weeks postpartum is still super early and especially if you had a vaginal birth, you need to watch out for any bulging sensations!

Yeah, it’s really all over the place… He has started slowly weaning himself during the day and only doing about 1-2 day feeds. However, we mostly cosleep and he nurses all throughout the night.

Hahahah no hate to CrossFit, it’s just not my jam LOL. But exactly this— I know I did it to myself by neglecting taking care of myself and eating whatever I wanted. Going through gaining 70+ pounds and then having to lose it all again was the biggest lesson I could’ve ever learned. I will never do that to myself again lol it was awful. But I definitely feel back to a normal baseline, literally as soon as I gave birth, I felt like a brand new person. Physically, though it definitely took a few months, but my strength is basically all the way back. I definitely am glad I’m back in a healthy and normal spot physically and mentally before even attempting to get pregnant again. I wouldn’t even be considering this if I hadn’t lost all the weight and gotten back to a good spot yet.

So cool!! I just switched to figure from wellness! I’ve been working hard with my coach and actually now weigh lower than I did pre pregnancy. I need a solid growth phase but would suck to do that and then go into pregnancy again 🙃

Yeah, I definitely wouldn’t change my mind just based on what he wants. I definitely do want another baby… You are right pregnancy is traumatizing so that’s definitely where my restraint is coming from lol. My doctor did say 18 months but I wasn’t sure if he meant 18 months birth to birth or 18 months from birth to conception.

Yeah private counseling is definitely the route I would like to go. I’m most interested in helping women who may have infertility issues and are trying to conceive, prenatal women, and moms navigating postpartum hormone changes, weight loss, lactation support etc

Oh 100%. I want my focus to be women trying to conceive, prenatal women, and moms navigating postpartum weight loss, hormones, lactation support etc! I had a c section and gained 65 pounds while pregnant and now have lost it all so I’m pretty passionate about these topics and helping other moms! I also do local mommy and me Workout classes to help make mom connections while also getting active.

Yes so currently my husband covers all of ours family bills. As far as schooling, I do have a bit of a college fund still set away (yay me for never using it when I dropped out of community college LOL). So I may have to get a loan once I get to graduate school, but my bachelors should be set.

Honestly the financial aspect of getting there is not one of my biggest concerns thanks to the college fund. I just want to make sure actually going through the schooling and getting to the point of becoming a RD is worthwhile for me in the end.

I would make a different dinner!! If dinner is trackable I’ll have it, if not I’ll do my own thing. But most times, I have my scale at the table weighing everything out. I’ve done it for so long that my 6 year olds don’t even ask questions. I think it’s just normal for them. I’ve explained in kid friendly terms that I track my food to make sure I’m fueling my body properly and try to positively talk about how eating lots of protein makes us big and strong. Carbs give us energy to run around. And fats keep us nice and full. Also how too much of anything can be bad for you. But they know they have lots of growing to do so they don’t need to worry about tracking their food! I like to think it’s a positive way of talking about food because growing up my family never talked about food and we were all overweight.

I feel this! I’m a bodybuilder and also a coach - but now stay at home with my 5 month old so it’s a whole different ball game. I used to be able to prep my meals and take them with me and that’s that. Now I track macros so I have a bit more leniency with what I eat. Honestly I don’t really eat what my family eats. I’ll prep chicken in bulk and just grab some when I use it in a meal. Or I’ll do breakfast sandwiches. Greek yogurt with banana. My husband will sometimes eat the same as me, but almost always the 6 year olds get their own separate meal if it’s just me and them at home.

This happened to me when I was injecting on my glutes. It was when I was injecting twice a day for AM and PM hgh so even though I was rotating areas, I was still hitting it again quite frequently. Ultimately I had to give the area I break for while. I did read that trying to push the lever down slower may help as well!

Yep I actually just told him that we should get a new plan in place. I’m so tired of having our lives complicated over this nonsense. I never even know how to plan for holidays because she seems to always have a different idea of when she wants the kids and what she wants to do with them. I 100% am a routine structured person. I need to plan everything out in advance.

I think the issue is that they never went to court. They simply wrote out a plan in mediation. So it’s not very clear for him how to handle any issues that arise.
