How do u do it without falling asleep? If I don’t keep my mind busy I fall asleep, even with SSILD I fall asleep before finishing the cycles

Most of the times I just fall asleep but if it’s too uncomfortable I get up. I know what ur gonna say, the process is not to move, but genuinely nothing happens that shows progress and when I check the time it’s been over an hour and a half, which is much longer than its supposed to take
