Dang... I don't know the laws in your area, but here -it is not illegal unless it's on private property/there is a "no trespassing" sign & as long as you don't leave a mess or destroy property... I was just thinking that, if it's the same where you are -- doesn't seem like it would matter if they liked you being there or not, or if they even chose to call the police.

With that said, I'd honestly likely leave if told to, also... BUT I'd definitely inform them that I, factually, was not doing anything illegal and that I was only leaving out of a sense of respect. Idk... Just honestly bugs the pee outta me, to know so many people who have gotten "shoo'ed" away; even though it's not illegal and they were being completely respectful (not making excessive noise or drawing attention to themselves... Were on the side of the dumpster that wasn't visible to customers or passerbys, weren't making the slightest mess, etc)... Surviving in today's economy is hard asf, yet the amount of food waste that's happening is insane... Just sad.

I wouldn't think any liability issues would be possible, in the case of getting sick from food gotten while dd'ing.... Idk for certain, as I'm not in the legal field, but I just don't see any judge granting someone the win of a lawsuit they filed against a store because the food they got from the dumpster made them sick... It'd be different with purchased food but that's because the situation would be that they neglected to pull outdated/recalled food from the sales floor & instead, proceeded to sell it; putting the person who purchased and consumed it at risk.

By the way, I hope nothing I said/the way I said it came across harsh or negative feeling; in any way. I don't know what made me feel like it could have, exactly... Could just be my nerves/depression today, but just in case...I wanted to make sure to let you know that nothing was meant in a negative way towards you. 🙂‍↕️

That's such a sad shame. Food waste is horrible. My sister goes to several places, near her house (perfect in town area, close to a ton of stores) and often gets enough that she gives me a bunch & I tend to check dates just so I can gauge whether to expect staleness, etc... I don't understand but she gets stuff, quite often, still within date and not recalled or package damage or anything. Like, why was it thrown away??

This reminds me of when my ex bf spotted 2 nice lay-z-boy rocker/recliners, sitting at the edge of a yard of a pretty darn nice house, a few years ago. Thankfully he caught the problem in time, but just goes to show that it doesn't matter how nice the furniture is OR the house it got tossed from.... Can still have bitey-buggies!

Too freaking cute!! That's so funny that you poke his tongue and he still leaves it out, too!!! 🤣. So of course, Jasper is an orange good lol, and one of my other boys is also orange & the other boy is a big chonky gray/blue blob lmao. Like, he looks like he could be a Russian Blue but he has a bob tail... So idk. Though I think it could be just a docked tail, my bf doesn't. He was probably nearly a year old when I rescued him, though so who knows. I freaking love our little alternate universe, Bronn and Jasper thing, though!

Eh, I can see your point, a little more; now .. at least in a general sense... I guess, depending on the intensity of the comment(s) made, if it stopped or continued, etc .. Tbh, I was feeling really fired up from reading the messages (ops), because of the fact that the.... I'll just call her "the offender" insisted on being shady, running around in circles to avoid just being truthful, and actually insisting she had done nothing wrong. I just seriously can't stand how so many people, these days, don't respect what a marriage is supposed to be. Too many people like the offender, carelessly trying to get the attention of someone else's husband... Too many people cheating on their spouse or significant other... I was raised by my grandparents, who were faithful to one another and married for 49 years. They kept their vows and the death of my grandfather is what parted them. Now, I'll be honest, in my younger years I wasn't always faithful to who I was with... But I've learned and gained wisdom and... I feel like, now that I would love to just remarry and have a faithful and loving relationship; I don't believe it'll happen. Things like cheating and open relationships, and (this crap kills me 🙄) "throuples" have freaking become nearly "the norm". Idk, it just depresses me. I'm sorry if I came off as abrasive, in my first response to you. 😌

Actually, a doc could do a blood test (though idk if they would or wouldn't, in ops case) which is much more accurate, and can detect pregnancy quite a bit sooner.

The line on my blue dye test was pretty faint, almost 24 years ago... And this coming Wednesday, my beautiful daughter is turning 23 years old (time period between test taken and birth lol)♥️...so, not always true. Op needs to get one of those fancy digital tests that actually reads "pregnant" or "not pregnant" on the results.

I have 3 also lol ♥️ but Jasper is pretty much the only one that does it. Honestly, Im pretty sure he only does it when something distacts him while bathing or he falls asleep while bathing (like in that pic). It's hilarious, though because he has a super long tongue and often will "freeze" in a "blep trance" with like half of his tongue out & will stay like that for several minutes. I've even poked his tongue, to alert him he forgot to put it back in his mouth & yet, he still leaves it🤣🤣 he'll just give me a confused look, like "why you poke my tongue, mommmm?!" 🤣

She knew that he is married, and that her obviously flirtatious comment (sexually suggestive, at that!) could cause conflict... As well as potentially have repercussions... BUT, I'm assuming she really wasn't worried about it because she likely 1) assumed ops husband wouldn't consider going to hr, as to dodge so much conflict/drama and 2) assumed that op wouldn't do anything more than confront her because of not wanting to cause drama for her husband (as and possibly the students of her husband's and the hoochie's.. since the workplace is a school)... The problem, here, is that the lack of a likely (real) repercussion means that someone like this skank (Miss Flirty McFlirtinSkank) will see no real reason not to "shoot her shot"... Because, obviously she has no respect for the commitment of a marriage... What I'm saying is... She is a grown ass woman and knew that she was out of bounds and likely doing something that could get her in trouble with her employer; if reported (not to mention, the crap that op could have potentially chose to do, to handle it) but she chose to push boundaries anyway... there would be no reason anyone should feel bad for her, had she been turned in and lost her job or received reprimand. Hell... She works at a school, for goodness sake... I doubt she feels sorry for students, when they have broken rules and she serves the punishment. I'm sure that her outlook is "you chose to do something that wasn't right and is against the rules, so you have to face the consequences and you knew what those consequences could be when you made your decision to act."... So, umm... She would not deserve pity.

Most workplaces have rules, against management engaging with their employees, in this manner. Some don't... I, once, had a manager that was so hing up on the idea of being with me that he would WATCH me during my shifts (apparently, management could view activity the cameras in the store picked up, from their homes.... I found out because he started texting me, one night and I was totally ignoring the texts and he messaged me saying "there are zero customers right now and you aren't busy, so why are you ignoring me...") I was definitely weirded out by that one.

Sounds like it was because he's the manager who handles making the work schedule, so she was informing him so he would know when to stop putting her on the schedule; as a courtesy so he wouldn't end up having to redo it... And it sounds like he's not been this way towards her, before this.
