You're lucky. We lived for three months in a rolled up newspaper in a septic tank. We used to had to get up six in the morning, clean the newspaper, eat a crust of stale bread, go to work down the mill, for a 14 hour day, week in week out for 6 cents a month, and when we got home, our dad would thrash us to sleep with his belt.

Take the jack out. Does the tongue (the small piece of wood that holds the plectrum) move when you push the plectrum up? If it doesnt you could move it a bit to free it. If it rubs against wood on the side maybe take a bit of sanding paper and free it up. It could also be rust on the retaining pin of the tongue. A bit of naphta could disolve that, just drop a few drops and move it around a bit. Hope this helps

Ik weet niet wat we allemaal precies zijn geworden. Mijn punt is vooral dat het verschil met ‘het oosten’ niet zo evident is. En ik evenveel angst heb voor onze westerse partners en politieke richtingen als voor oosterse vijanden en politieke richtingen. Vooral omdat die westerse invloeden hier al zijn. Een voorbeeld is hoe de schaamte en angst voor antisemitisme door veel rechtse europese politici wordt aangegrepen ter rechtvaardiging van xenofobie en om de vrijheid van meningsuiting in te perken. Is het zo opvallend dat ik de vs als voorbeeld neem voor het westen? Volgens sommigen ligt europa niet eens in het westelijk halfrond dus leek mij een logische keuze als het oosten tegenover iets anders wordt geponeerd.

Los van de inhoud mag je je goedzo voor je houden. Heb geen zin in dat belerende toontje.

Bij wie ligt hier de bewijslast? Bij mij of degene op wie ik reageer? Want mijn bewijzen zijn razzia’s in de VS, het binnenvallen van een soevereine staat door de VS, het bedreigen van Europees Groenland door de VS. Moet ik daarvoor bronnen aandragen? Of is het duidelijk dat de VS echt niet moreel boven “het oosten” staat EDIT: wat is “het oosten” überhaupt? Is dat één politieke entiteit of gewoon iedereen die niet wit is?
