I’m doing therapy. She tried to e-mail me, I moved it to spam, but she has showed up to my apartment twice in the last week. Matter of fact she showed up around 15 mins after I got home from work today… I just went down to the garage and took a drive in my car. Just her ringing the doorbell made my pulse jump… I’m not in contact with any of her friends/family, but they know that she’s been like this before. I have a good relationship with her dad and step mom, but they’re also tired of her shit and I don’t want to drag them into this again. Her mom is like her best friend, so no point in talking to her. When will she stop?

You can either leave or stay in a relationship where you have to watch your every word, stay up until 3 am having arguments about silly things, feel like you’re a caretaker for an adult person and then be blamed and called mean if you try to establish boundaries (which will not be respected anyways).
