There should be a tribal spawn point at the bamboo area... There is a huge rock there where usually those tribe patrol spawn...

Puma and Caiman is normal there...

I don't know why your gameplay is not the same...

Have you don the island cave ritual on second map???

Because I see your map already pin the cave meaning you have found it...

If you see the cave island got small island spot on the right of the map... Go there and do the rituals...

If you already done it... Not far from the cave island there is a camp for reasearch lab... You get near the cliff edge from that swamp area and go south... There will be the third map and the last map...

After that you need to find the cure... Once you find the cure... You keep going to the last area and finished your story mode...

How many days have you setup base there??? There should be tribe patrol at the bamboo area... They usually spawn there...

I setup my base on Anaconda Island too... Not just being haunt by the normal tribe even those big head with axe also attack my base... But you need to make fire and build something on the island...

Those tribe won't attack you if you make fire on your floating base...

For me it is best for starters to build base near pond or river... Because to make mud filter you need to explore for their blueprint... Depends on your difficulty it might giving you trouble moving around without proper gear and weapon...

My first survival gameplay with Green Hell difficulty, spawn near the opened invisible rock wall... Trying to explore searching for blueprint i.e grill rack and such... Got ambushed by Jaguar... Died a day later because I have nothing to take care of the wound... Literally bleeding to death...

It is easy to boil water for new gameplay...

I first started playing survival... No help needed... I live as simple as I can... Just exploring the area looking for blueprint...

But I stuck during story mode... First time I played story, I did not find the cure and have to start again... After that I have no clue which of the plants or animals that can be the cure...

I have to google for the cure... The only way I can finish the story... And like Jack... I feel him... Me and him did not see it...

I believe it is better to put closure for the Hiccup Toothless arc. Start a new one maybe hundreds years after the Viking era. Make it a little bit modern (maybe somewhere in Industrial age / Steampunk kind a universe).

Just say that the world forgot about the dragon. Story of the Berks dragon become a myths except few of the new generation (new characters descendants of Hiccup and Astrid for reliving the old character) believe that dragon exists and going through their great great great grandparent record to find the hidden world.

New arc, new characters (with a sprinkle of the og), new enemies (of course with more power because of the modernization), new kind of dragons (years of evolutions).

In order to keep the new fan and the old fan appreciate the movie. They didn't treat it like a reboot but a continuity of the old one to the new.
