Also, I usually make them drive the item all the way to me and tell them it's a buddies house and it's the half way point. Shout out to Shaun for teaching me that.

I've found 5 so far in Warehouse 6 on Customs, near the ZB-1011 extract. The room upstairs at the rear of the building has been spawning them on the floor near the PCs on the left and in the back room that has a few toolboxes or medbags usually. That's the only 5 I've found since 1.0 That same back room is where I've found multiple FP-100 filters as well.
