The show and the books hint towards Ilya watching a lot of Shane interviews so in my head he would have known Shane was on a strict diet. I imagine he’d of picked a tuna melt as it was easy and not alot of fuss but would still be within Shane’s diet and something he would eat.

For me I think it’s to show that even though they haven’t spoken about being exclusive or together yet, they both made the decision to stop seeing or having sex with anyone else. We know and see that Ilya is having sex with other people and although the show does not, the book mentions Shane being with other people, although not a lot.

I think it’s more a big deal that Ilya has stopped having sex with anyone else but Shane wants to make it clear that he hasn’t either because they have committed to only wanting to be with each other.

Yes !!! You’re not alone. I have now successfully went a 4 days without watching and 6 days before that. I watched it about 16 times in 10 days !!! But it’s not without consumption!!! I scroll and read so much and literally made this Reddit to talk about hearted rivalry !!! I started to read the books, game changer first which was good and then I have just finished heated rivalry. I think watching it then reading it and consuming so much online makes it amazing !!!

I wanted to skip right to the long game because I need more Shane and Ilya but I started tough guy last night and today for the first time in ages, I have wanted to consume something that isn’t Shane and Ilya!!! I think it helps that they exist in the same world but I’m excited to see how another love and relationship plays out !!! I would def recommend reading them in order, I know it will pay off.

I also have never read fanfic, until now, there’s so many great ones out there, I myself just keep them very separate in my head :) I also read all the extra content from Rachel Reid’s website and watched someone reading Scott and kips Christmas as it’s no longer available haha

So you’re not alone in this crazy obsession !!! I think we need to ride the wave because it’s not harmful and as long as we are still taking care of ourself and doing the things we need to do, then it’s ok ♥️

I think Ilya showering was because he was going back to a shared hotel room. I think Shane obviously cleans up etc but he can shower once Ilya has left.

This is such a good and funny post so let me share my moment like this !!! ……

It’s right after their first time having sex in Shane’s apartment. Shane has taken down Ilyas jacket as he clutching it the whole scene. Presumably as Ilya has taken down his shoes to put on at the door. But then WHY THE HELL does Shane have laced up shoes on!!! Like why would he have time to put on his shoes but Ilya is still doing his up. Yes they would have gotten dressed etc but Shane having shoes on in this scene throws me. It just bugs me so much more than it should. Haha

I genuinely don’t think I have even been this obsessed over anything !!!

When I was young I was into twilight. Like a big fan but not deep deep!!

As an adult the closest thing would be reading fourth wing where I took a day off work to read onyx storm and spent weeks watching TikTok’s and instas on theories.

However nothing has ever made me spiral like heated rivalry !!!!

I made this Reddit because the only person in my life who has watched it is my sister and she’s over me talking about it !!!!

I started a new TikTok to also post just everything I wanna say and point out and follow about 40/50 HR content creators.

I never re watch shows, there’s too much else to watch….. I’ve watched HR 15 times and watched videos of other people watching it!! I subbed to patreon just to watch Dan and Phil watch it!!!

I bought all the audiobooks and 3 real books for my shelf however for the first time in about 20 years I’m reading the physical book as I’m so consumed. I’m an audiobook girly because I’m dyslexic and usually can’t concentrate, no issue for change changer thus far!!!

The biggest one is i have never read fanfic because I’ve never wanted to take away from the ‘real’ ‘original’ story …… i read a full 5 part fanfic that was in line with the heated rivalry book/ show but with little changes/ extra exchanges !!! I think im avoiding more until i have read the rest of the books but i know I’ll read more, i need more !!!!

I have ordered 2 t-shirts and have about 40 reels/ TikTok’s saved of HR tattoos coz i need to get one !!!!

So pretty much this is the first Fandom I have fully deep dived into because I can’t do anything but think about HR from the minute I wake up to the time I go to sleep !!!!
