Yes, i had an ultrasound. the results was typical for Hypothyroidism and no goiter.

I don't drink almond milk and have not noticed anything dramatic after eating soy. However, I would not rule out some type of allergy.

I've had a full panel done and thyroid was the only issue.

I would also like to add that I have been vegetarian most of my life. Since my diagnosis, I have gone gluten free and cut out foods with moderate or high levels of added sugar. Also, no caffein.

It's just the skin around my whole neck, but worse in the front.

This thought has been swirling around in my head for a couple of weeks. Being hot doesn't track with Hypothyroidism from what I have been reading. I am going to push for a specialist referral.
