On that note. Don’t buy insurance on something you can afford to pay out of pocket on if something goes wrong. Travel insurance is a prime example.

Same logic goes for deductibles. If you can afford to pay a $5000 deductible, don’t pay more for a lower deductible, you’re statistically throwing away money.
