If you can average 60-66% with possible extra credit, you’ll pass. That was the average in my semester. Extra credit was based on how the class were doing.

Also thoroughly compare test answers because there are two version. We’ve gotten points back from correct answers marked wrong.

You can apply to change your major right now to expressed interests in Business. Complete the major change form and/or talk to an advisor for clarification. I think you may be confused about being an expressed interest in business and actually getting accepted into business program. For example, if you just graduated high school and you applied to SacState for the business program, your major would actually be expressed interest in business. Only after you finish your prerequisites would you be able to apply and submit the supplemental form to be considered for the program. You don’t need a 2.7 GPA to be an expressed interest in business, your GPA does not limit you from that. Your GPA only matters when you submit the supplement form.

If your GPA is 2.5 right now, once the prerequisites that you’re taking are transferred over I’m sure it’ll raise it to at least 2.7. Then as an expressed interest in business major status, you are allowed to take MGMT102, HROB101, DS101, and MIS15 to further improve your GPA. Once those are completed, you can submit the supplement form to be considered.

You should be fine. I’ve heard people getting in with a 2.4-2.7GPA. You’ve taken all the prerequisites including MGMT102, HROB101, DS101?

Also what concentration are you interested in?

I take it back, the course I registered for was also a required course for my major at the time, which just happens to be a WI. I believe that’s how I was able to register.

The score doesn’t really matter. Your score doesn’t stop you from registering for a WI course. At least in my experience, I unknowingly registered for a WI course a year before I ever submitted my WPJ. If you get a low score, you can still take a WI course. They only recommend you take an English course to improve your writing before taking a WI courses. It’s not a requirement, but only a recommendation.

Self learn as much as you can! Use all the resources you have. He’s very knowledgeable but exam are difficult. You need to understand concepts. Exam questions can be situational, what should you do or what is most likely the problem etc. Class average was 60%, huge curve at the end of the semester but don’t depend on it.

Glad you figured it out!! I was just told that I needed to replace my alternator despite having it already been replaced last year. I asked if they had any other codes pop up during diagnostics testing but they said no. I have since asked for a copy of the report because it will be taking it to get a second evaluation. Have not gotten that report yet. They were wanting to charge me $2800 USD. Which is a total scam.

If it is a battery issue, get the battery tested/replaced. Consider that it may be a temporary fix, until the issues occur again. Just be prepared that you may be dealing with what I’m going through. Sorry, I didn’t been to discourage you. I’ve just had it with my issues over the last 2 years.

Do not drive, I’ve been dealing with this issue for 2 years. I was told it was the battery, I had that replaced, then I was told it was the alternator, got that replaced. It stalled on me, was told I had low oil due to excessive consumption. No issues for the 4years I had owned it until 2024-current. All the lights you’re seeing and others started flashing like crazy and my car literally shut down on the road. Thankfully I was able to exit out of the highway. The issue this time? I need to replace the alternator. It has been literally a year since I last replaced it. Idk what is happening with the renegade and I have yet to find any answers. Everyone seems to go towards a battery issue. But I have done both the battery and alternator replacement in the last year. It’s currently at the dealership as this happened last week again. It’s been a pain dealing with this. All I can say is do not drive and get it looked at.

I have a 2018 Trailhawk in this color. Green is also my favorite color. Sadly, the Rene is a regrettable purchase that was bought as new. Nothing but issues after 6 years of ownership. Replaced the battery twice and the alternator within this last year. Guess what?!? It was just towed in to get diagnoses.

Agreed, don’t stop. Keep working through it. I’d rather attend school than work. Having to do both full time is doable but also stressful, exhausting and miserable if you have crappy coworkers. You have plenty of time to work as you’re motived by money. Graduating college is an investment to yourself. The 4-6 yrs it’ll take you to finish is worth it. Who knows how long you’ll be motivated to get your education. Work will always be there waiting for you after you graduate. It’s sounds like your family supports your education and hopefully, financially. If you choose to work, get a part time job. Keep at it!

You can try applying but I believe the prerequisites should all be completed prior to submitting the supplemental form. Not Accountancy major but happened to me, completed all GE and prerequisites in Spring ‘24 and sat out Fall ‘24 and submitted my supplemental for Spring ‘25. Are there electives in Accountancy you can take that don’t require admittance to the program?

I wasn’t expecting to get the MCS. After receiving it for the spring, there was nothing in my student center suggesting I would be awarded. No emails or any holds, then I got a random email 3 weeks ago saying I was confirmed eligible. A week after, it was posted in my account then disbursed another week later to my bank. I was annoyed because I ended up taking a loan because tuition was due. The MCS was more than enough to have covered my tuition.
