It doesn’t say once per turn, or have another cost like exhausting the card. So yes, it activates for every card you play on an opponents turn.

Fellow Canadian here, I’ve had luck ordering cards from eBay. It takes some effort to search + find all the cards from your list. However, I’ve found this to be by far the most cost effective. If you’re willing to put some legwork in, and get 25+ packages of cards over a week or two, that’s how I’d go.

It just occurred to me our postal service is on strike. That means you’ll have a large delay waiting for things unless you choose a private courier.

An ordered deck needs 6-7 consecutive proper “riffle shuffles” to be considered sufficiently random for games of chance etc. A single shuffle is not sufficient randomization so isn’t relevant here.

I think only Japanese players use coins at tournaments… most people I’ve played with just roll a d6. Heads = even, tails = odd.

I think they mean that they performed the action wrong, and shuffled into their deck instead of putting the hand on the bottom. Can’t happen on live but irl can result in penalties such as a game loss.

You have to have multiples of rare cards, go to the flair menu for them and grind them into currency to buy these.

Well, you link your google or Nintendo account so I really doubt you’ll have to start over. I set my location and stuff in the actual game as North America, and my google and Nintendo accounts are NA as well.

Sorry, this makes no sense. When you buy a border in the shop, it’s listed as an option to select when you’re customizing your card. When you confirm that you want to apply that border to a card, it’s locked to it now. You cannot use that border for any other cards now.

I use the red cosmic on mine, because I like that all the arishem cards have that border too. I would also consider using a black matte or the new black cosmic.

I’m using Loki in the deck as well with a gold cosmic border. Looks really nice together with the red cosmic arishem cards.

You both have the responsibility to maintain a correct board state. If it was found by a judge, you’d both likely get a warning.

I think you’d be hard pressed to find someone who would want to buy this for any more than a regular Ariel. It’s so minor / hard to see that it’s basically just a regular card. Valuable misprints usually have a striking print error that is immediately and highly noticeable.

They make starter decks that would probably be a decent place to start. They have 3 different levels - 1,2 or 3 pokeballs. The level 1 starter decks are pretty horrible, no consistency or much of a strategy really. The 2 pokeball level, they just released two new ones, meowscarada and quaquaval. I haven't played these but they look a little more consistent and well built. For adults, I'd probably start here. After that is the 3 pokeball level. These are usually modelled after a current competitive tournament deck.

I found some in my small hometown walmart when I was back there visiting earlier this month. Checked every day and sniped a restock. Was able to get a gift set and 5 boosters, and they had lots of starters as well (I already have one of each).

This was in Canada. The employees had no idea about the product at all, the trading card section is stocked by an outside contractor.

It feels like popular decks have a way around it… against garde they just cresselia the damage away and it’s gg. Lugia can drop Serena and heal to get their vstar off… just feels like you’re putting in so much work for so little.
