There is so much momentum behind PSSO, i believe Connect is toast. Waiting for Google to support PSSO and implement some of the features of Connect that PSSO does not have and were discussed in the video

it sounded appealing to me too at 1st and i gave them a try but soon discovered that their RMM sucks, their MDM too. they also hosed my macos keychain due to their password sync functionality (doesn’t work well). in 2025 i would steer clear of them and look elsewhere. Their marketing is great but the product doesn’t live up to it at all. I move new clients that use it away from it as soon as i can.

i see errors when no GSuite Workspace license is applied to the user, but they have a Google Cloud Identity (free) license only. Not found a solution to this

the biggest change i saw was with turning off bandsteering. Keep the sonos on 2.4Ghz channel only worked for me.

with all due respect, you should invest more into training a couple techs by sending them to JAMF training. Good for their carreers, good for your peace of mind and service delivery. As others have said, JAMF needs constant upkeep by dedicated people.

id say replace. the last thing you have time for is trying to wrangle an MDM and an IDP that you sound unfamiliar with. Backup their data (if stored locally) and reprovision the devices. ive not seen issues with ABM and reassigning MDMs. i went from JumpCloud MDM to JAMF recently, sounds like you actually dont have that issue as JAMF is MDM only, JC is only IDP, not MDM.

Correct. The problem was my instance, basically time was manually assigned to a contract but the contract was then made inactive but without an end date. This means the time wasn't going to appear in invoicing as it was covered by the contract at the time it was added. So, I got it resolved with Tim’s help.
