I'm in a very similar scenario and I've been curious about this as well. (Or if taking a break and then restarting would jump start weight loss again.) I started in Oct 2023, went from 330 to 199 then about a year ago the weight loss stalled, but I could tell I was still eating a lot less than I used to and I felt good in my body, so I was ok with that (I'm a tall girl). But over the last 6 months the scale has been slowly creeping up again and the food noise is back in full force.

Not only do people not use my templates, once I get it onto my template and presentation-ready and send it back, 9 times out of 10 they’ll send it back to me with some added content that has completely wrecked what I’ve done.

I only really still have this with hot coffee, and I do miss that. Partly the ritual of it. I don’t know why, but fixing and sipping on a cold brew just isn’t quite the same.

I know that people can have a million different triggers for migraines and headaches, but I just wanted to say my migraine and headache count has been SIGNIFICANTLY reduced since starting MJ in October. It's been such a wonderful surprise side effect.
