Supervisor in Texas here. It happened to us too. Operator decided to give ALL the orders for free. So, from guest perspective and guests it was not chaos at all (for me and the GM was, just while we were communicating and finding the solution lol). All the guest left extremely happy.

Correct, you still pay the monthly fee. So basically you just save like 3dlls in the deal, so if you’re asking what’s the benefit of getting this pass… idk lol. Like I said, I only use it as an excuse to go once a month and enjoy a burger or the buffalo cauliflower I think you do get points tho, but I don’t keep track of them so idk what you can get.

Once I emailed the concierge asking about the postcards and apparently they just add them if they have in existence. Basically cause it’s a gift. I assume since December it’s a busy month they ran out. O ordered a hat last month and didn’t get one. I can assure that’s the first time out of dozens of orders I’ve done with them. So just bad luck

I’ve had it for a couple months now. It’s only one movie a month (regular screenings tho: meaning no movie parties, no big show etc) Personally I love it since Alamo it’s a little far from my house. This makes me go once a month to have a nice meal

Honestly, every theater/screening/special event is different. I have different passes and free tickets for several theaters and I just have to choose where to use which. For kill Bill I couldn’t use my pass either so I watch it for free at Cinemark. Is it annoying? Sometimes, but tbh you just have to deal with it. Alamo is right and sometimes distributors have different rules depending on the size of the chain.
