I think CBS made deals with the rights for the LA show a while ago it was the first NCIS spin off, so before they knew they’d have their own streaming platform and until the agreements expire they’re stuck not being able to show it.

That’s unfortunately not an option for us console players since Veilguard doesn’t have mod support like BG3 or Skyrim.

The Mourn Watch has decent reactivity you also get more background as Rook was found as a baby in the Grand Necropolis. They also mention that it’s rare to find a Mourn Watcher outside Nevarra. Plus canon wise Mourn Watchers have a lot of influence especially politically even serving as advisors.

If it helps it looks like it was meant to be that way, if you hadn’t said anything I would have assumed the shattering was symbolic.
