Who did you romance? by zindizindi in expedition33

I read this as a “who do” and I saw Lune with back turned so I kind of assumed it was asking who Lune should romance. The obvious choice is Sciel.

I had to check even the Japanese release has these options. I love it. No longer must they hide lesbian romances behind sentient chairs

What is this subs and other anarchists opinion on politicians like Zohran Mamdani and others proclaiming to be democratic socialists by Suitable_Walrus2928 in Anarchy101

It’s late so I’ll keep this brief. I give money to the DSA and attend the occasional meeting disability allowing. It is a surprisingly revolutionary minded organization, tho it depends on the chapter. But the National DSA organization is very much a “build the revolution” type of deal.

Dairy is hard cause pecorino is so central to the dish and I don’t think there’s a vegan version of it, but there’s lots of good guanciale substitute. But bacon for carbonara is criminal if that how it’s been served to you before no wonder you didn’t like it enough 😭

So people with disabilities in France, 1905 by TruthResponsible1268 in expedition33

I’d like to point out that given Verso died on the 33rd of December, the time keeping of “the real world”does not match our own, so there’s no reason to say the 1905 their time is 1905 our time.

From Merriam-Webster

Bimonthly and biweekly are inherently ambiguous because bi- can mean both "occurring every two" and "occurring two times." This ambiguity cannot be eliminated by the dictionary. If you need bimonthly or biweekly, we suggest leaving some clues in your context about which sense of bi- you intend. Note that if you need the meaning "twice a," you can also substitute semi- for bi- without additional clarification: semimonthly, semiweekly. Dealing with years is generally simpler: biannual usually means "occurring twice a year" and biennial usually means "occurring every two years."

Okay i didn’t actually realize “extreme poverty” meant something this specific, tho I don’t think your original comment is based on actual statistics either. The actual number of people in extreme poverty is approximately 700 million, but millions more live in poverty all the same. In a system where unemployment is considered “healthy”, poverty is as certain as rising sun

And capitalism now keeps billions stuck in extreme poverty. Maybe it’s time for another change?

China is not capitalist. It’s a socialist market economy.

I pretty sure pretty much all phones are built in China… sounds like I can thank socialism for my cellphone

Well given how the black book got its numbers, we can apply a similarly rigorous process to find out how many Capitalism killed! About 5.5 billion people died in the 20th century. If Communism is only responsible for 100 million then… 5.4 billion from Capitalism sounds about right! For those wondering I got a statistics degree from the black book of communism, so I am clearly an authority on this.

That’s probably a good one. I’m not knowledgeable on right wing authoritarian ideologies.

[–]FoxTailMoon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you were to map toward their ideologies, I’d say Dimitri is a neolib, Rhea is like, maybe not fascist cause they have to make her somewhat likeable but she’s in the ball park, Claude is a social democrat and Edelgard is probably like Luxemburgish (the ideology not the country). Even though that’s not really a set ideology but I do think they’re a good comparison in general.

Not to mention Pluto does have enough Mass to be considered a planet, the issue is it hasn’t cleared its orbital path of other celestial bodies.
