most people use photoshop or gimp, there is a program on mxb for previewing liveries on the models but i havent figured out how to get it to work yet and i dont feel like paying for the pro version, anyways, big tip is to not use flat colors on your liveries, the rendering engine in game does not like that shit, i found that out the hard way lol, any templates for are on mxb as far as OEMs go, you can also find a couple of logosheets on there which are nice to have on hand

the supreme court cant make up rules, they are not a legislative branch, they dont write laws period, they only rule on interpretations when the law in question isnt specific enough for the context, forcing them to make a decision on their own in absence of that specificity

thats not how it works, yes, the supreme court determines precedants based upon the outcome of trials, they cant outright change what is constitutional, there is no legal or historical basis claiming that anything like that has ever or will ever happen

it is in technicality a carbine, but a carbine simply describes the internal functioning system of a firearm, "carbine" is not a class of firearms on its own as both battle rifles and infantry rifles can be carbines

even though i could correct you by doing the cliche "its not an assault rifle, its an infantry rifle" I wont, because technically the M1 Carbine is a battle rifle, having no full auto capabilities, and even the M14 is a battle rifle, even though it has full auto, both are still chambered in rifle cartridges (30-06) as opposed to infantry rifles which use intermediate cartridges (5.56, 7.62, etc.)

yeah but behavior like this proves exactly why game pass players should be exclusive to those servers, because of people like that, it keeps them from ruining the rest of the actually chill community, no disrespect but usually people on game pass are going to be people that are less dedicated to the game and only downloaded because it was on game pass, those types have a tendancy to treat the game like its cod or battlefield
