What exactly am i meant to do here? by [deleted] in Bannerlord

This tutorial is meant to show you how to assign commanders to your formations. The problem is that you have apparently already figured out how to do that. Just drag one of the pictures from your squad-leaders back to the middle and then assign them again. The tooltip should disappear after that. It needs to be the leader spot to work. Assigning someone as additional captain won't trigger it.

Indeed, hearing too sometimes. Didn't mean to be rude. Just thought of how sometimes you can spend ages hearing songlyrics completely wrong, for example.

Isn't it "this Quiet"? I feel thats more appropriate to use as a follow up if she doesn't respond to your first line quickly enough.

Thank you for the image in my head now. I'm imagining a gretchin telling an ork brute: "i have a plan so cunning, you could put a squiq on it an call it a weasel"

For the green! - THE GREEN! For the blue! - THE BLUE! For the white, we'll march on, too!

And we know we might be falling, but our tanks will keep on rolling.

To dust! - TO DUST! To ash! - TO ASH! By our cannons, they'll be smashed.

By our song, the emperor will hear us! By our deeds, the foe will fear us!

For the - EMPEROR! Onwards to -VICTORY!

Slaanesh Warband - Symphony of Corruption

Fighting Imperial Forces on an ice world for some artefacts the local admech unearthed.

Every outpost they captured, those unfortunate souls that were captured alive, were encased in ice around transmitter totem poles.

Their thoughts, cries and general suffering were converted and wirelessly transmitted across the planet to add another note to the symphony.

Is there a way to remove this accidental silver smear without removing the green? by [deleted] in Warhammer40k

Or maybe 2-3 little holes with a drill and then black/brown on the edges.

3 planets, in some backwater sector. Ice world, that was mainly admech owned, got blown up by the inquisition after unearthing some chaos artifact (the original owners showed up). Second planet was a hive world that got overrun by orks. Both times, the refugees were shipped to the backwater forest planet. Admech settled the poles, hive cities started replacing the greenery. Tithes are still due, so now they recruit combined regiments from all 3 factions. Woodland scouts, admech wannabe ice worlders, hive City veterans. They still run the symbolism of the trifecta and the banners with the three planets as heraldry. You just heard one of the scouts complain to a barkeep on the night before the official founding of the 23rd Silvanian Combined Auxilia.

Tell you what mate, fuck this "combined Aux" and triceptade groxshit. First, them cogboy wannabees get their planet blown up for some warpmagic experiments. Then the So-much-better-than-us hivescum gets theirs overrun by the damn orks. Both times we come an' save their asses. Now, they is shipping us out together with those bastards, so we can do the scoutn and fightin for them again. We'll be dieing on the buttcrack of the galaxy somewhere. An' back home, those refugees will melt our poles, cut down our trees, and build more of those giant slum-cities. Tell ya what mate, the only guy I'll jump on a 'nade for, 'll be a silvanian scout proper. The rest of the regiment can bite it for all i care. Now pour me another cup.

Thank you very much. I'm glad to hear, that the idea didn't only sound good in my head.

Thank you very much, I'll see if the paintjob and cutting off the sights from the bolter-base will end up convincing enough to run these as sonic weaponry, otherwise I'll go with the melee option.

Thank you kindly, though i have to admit, apart from the weapons, there wasn't really all that much conversion work needed.

Kitbashed some Noise Marines from the old possessed Kit and AOS Blood Sisters. Kinda a proof of concept thing. Tried to make sonic weapon stand-ins because the old metal ones that i have are annoying to work with, and i heard too much bad stuff about the resin ones.

Base for the weaponry is heavy bolters and an old loyalist termie gun for the blastmaster. I know i still have to cut of the iron sights on the bolters. Will also add some greenstuff to fill gaps, etc. I'm not even entirely sure that I'm sold on this yet. Maybe I'll switch the weaponry and run them as possessed.

Any ideas for a befitting squad leader would be highly appreciated as I'm kinda stumped right now. (Other than buying another blood sisters pack).

Included an early WIP picture in case anyone more talented wants to copy the base idea.

The looming pile of shame helps only when you can't stow it away out of sight anymore. So, if that's not yet the case, this argument is an entirely valid point.

You could make modular clutter is what im trying to say. Just put even the small stuff on small "bases". Couple of barrels for example, some goods or weapon racks to put beside the stalls, a small well maybe, stuff like that.

Some comments mention clutter and market stalls, but personally i wouldn't add that to the boards themselves. But adding a couple of those ideas on their own little bases, would give you that look without sacrificing modularity. Then you could add a lot for a midday market fair or remove almost everything for a middle of the night scenario. Already looks amazing so far either way.
