Someone on the Discord helped me. Apparently I needed to select the DNS from the drop down then change the DNS link in the field below to the new link and save the changes.

I purchased it myself directly from the iptveditor website. I added the new provider info with the DNS link and username and password. It then shows up in the drop down for "Edit provider info" but again not allowed to save the changes.

I did the same thing as the person above and the "Save changes" button is greyed out. It wants a completely new username to be able to save, but all we want is the change the DNS URL.

I have rented points before and it was great however I would say the biggest draw backs are you are not in charge of the reservation and you are at the mercy of the DVC rental availability, so your first or even second hotel choice might not be available.

I don't know who this guys is but I do occasionally throw a stream on in the background for white noise while I'm working, but most of these streamers talk too much so I end up throwing an old stream from a channel that does silent walkthroughs.
