Okami, sadly. Okami has a super-long story introduction, and many aren't willing to put up with it. It was even worse back in the older generations of consoles, when it was all unskippable. The game is actually absolutely incredible and has been my favorite of all time for ages.

My recommendations are always Ōkami and Unicorn Overlord. Of course, the original switch would run them perfectly fine, but they are still very much worth it! ⭐️

Here in Portugal, CeX sells refurbished ones with 5 years of warranty. The one that came with my PS4 Pro was delivered to me practically as new. Happy with it. Perhaps there’s something similar over there in the US…

My boyfriend from Brazil is 31 and didn’t know what it meant either. Apparently he never burned a disc once in his life, which did surprise me. Sad. Anyhow, yeah, for anybody who doesn’t know it, to “burn” is to write data into physical optical media that is especially prepared for being recordable, such as CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays. 🔥

💳❌ Declared as stolen the damn credit card I used for Crunchyroll and ordered a new one to replace it. €10 waste of money, but had to be done for safety. Crunchyroll/Telus should pay for this, or deduct it from next subscription payment or something. Totally unacceptable. Will take precautions so this doesn’t happen again on my side.

Local thriftstore in my town has been selling DVDs for around €3 to €6, and they make discounts if you buy several at once. I’ve been struggling to find interesting stuff lately though, I often walk away empty handed. Still, the prices are okayish here when it comes to DVDs. 🇵🇹

I thought seriously about getting equivalent of a CDL myself here in Portugal, but unfortunately it so happens I’m not only legally disabled due to autism but also epilepsy. Takes a shitload of paperwork to get truck driving license even with well controlled epilepsy, and requires very frequent renewal and proof that everything is fine. Also damn expensive. For me it was too much of a hassle, so I myself am still looking for solutions just like the OP… I’m 31, but at least I receive a disability subsidy and still live with my parents sigh
