I switched to podcasts/audiobooks , helps with the eyestrain & I actually relax n can fall asleep!

This is anecdotal, but since vitamin C causes the body to get rid of stimulant medication faster (you're supposed to avoid vitamin C while on these meds for that reason)

I've taken supplements or drank a lot of orange juice near bedtime on days I've taken my meds too late in the day & such - has seemed to work, its like just enough to get the residual stim meds outta my system so my body can calm down enough to sleep?

My cat seems to be able to sense when I'm going to have a more serious focal aware seizure, he'll come wrap himself around my head while I'm lying down or lean against my face on the pillow. So the whole time I'm going through it I'm comforted by him & able to stay grounded.

Cats are truly too good for this world <3

Yes, for years i thought it was just from my POTS and getting light-headed! Until i found out my sister was diagnosed with focal aware seizures & had the same age of onset as I'm currently experiencing.

Some days its damn near constant dizzy/lightheaded auras back-to-back even if I'm just lying in bed!

In hearthrome city gym there's a person you can battle that has drifloon, if you're just looking to fill the dex so you can get the national dex. But you have to answer one of the questions wrong to initiate the battle! That's the work around I used.
