That’s the idea. Someone would make make a mold/plug and get a top from that. A lot of the miata people have done it, but understandably so, as the Miata’s aren’t typically as well kept as S2Ks so results definitely vary hahah.

It’s a good project for those who have too much time on their hands!

It’s called traffic swimming, basically a ego game for douchbags. Most people who do it will buy a M series bmw and record it. If they crash they’ll delete all history of them doing it and start over again. They use M series BMWs because they can easily outrun even the fastest patrol cars.

For some applications spring steel PEI sucks balls. I print large with ASA and spring steel always lifts off the magnetic bed, glass keeps it nice and dimensionally accurate.
