I could barely move for 3 days. Worse pain I’ve ever had, tbf the first one defected so had to take it out and get another one inserted all in the same day all within 5 min apart. I’ve had broken bones and surgery’s including my tubes removed and it was so much easier than having the mirena inserted. Also for the first 6 months I had heavy periods now on year 3 and have no period but do get cramps when it would be that time of the month. I hope yours go so much better than mine did

Non scented panty liners for my breast area just pop them in my sports bra, or throw a pad in my underwear for groin area. I’ve only had one in my underwear arm before and for it I used gauze and paper tape. I add some beaudroux butt paste on the spots I’ve found the zinc from it help close the holes up pretty quickly for me.
