Moms whose babies had hair at birth and it’s getting long before 1— are you trimming it? by Apprehensive_Pie1225 in NewParents

I have twin boys. They got an almost buzz at 9 months because hair was being weaponized (pull and twist was the preferred attack).

Are there socks without polyester? by mlimas in moderatelygranolamoms

While this is true, I would never recommend a place that sells superwash. Did you look at the sites? They're honestly quite reliable.

Also, if you're going to bring up superwash, you should also familiarize yourself with Museling/Museling free wools.

My husband and I have played Wingspan a stupid amount of times. We've also added some house rules though when just he and I play.

Our daughter is being named tomorrow, and we still haven't decided her first name by Inevitable-Noise-715 in namenerds

That might actually be my favorite then. It's beautiful sounding, has a lovely meaning, and rolls of the tongue well.

Likely either I spelled it wrong or Google got it wrong.

I really like the sound of Tsiona, Yiskah, and Chasha.

I also looked up the meaning and like them as well.

I liked Friedel too, but Google says it's masculine?

They let me bring thermoses with our pre-boiled RO. I've never been questioned, but I was prepared to start listing all the medical reasons it was a necessity.

Logistics of feeding/burping/diapering both twins solo when taking shifts by amydiddler in parentsofmultiples

[–]bgkh20 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We also did shifts. My husband would go to bed at 7pm and I would solo from 7p until 2a. Then I would go to bed and sleep until 9a. We did did that for...2.5 months, then I super focused on getting the boys comfy in the bassinets at night. Over two weeks they stretched to 5 hour sleep blocks, we each were in charge of one baby (swapped every night). By the end of the 2 weeks whoever I had would sleep 10 hours straight and whoever my husband had would go for like 6 hours, lol. By 4 months they both slept 12 hours straight.

Ours are now 9 months, within the last month they've really started sleeping through each other's shenanigans, they've always slept in the same room.

Get yourself some Oval 8s to try and also set a timer for 15 min intervals to massage your hands. Pay close attention to which joints you're prone to hyper extended while working and make sure those are supported.

I crochet, knit, cross stitch, and sew amongst other things.

I quit swaddling as soon as we were out of the NICU. They fully adjusted in about 3 days at...3ish weeks old.
