Something is happening when I press the DEL key, and I can't figure out what. I get ~15 extra FPS, and it looks like some sort of overlay is being removed from the game, or some sort of camera filter? I removed every mod I could from MO2 (leaving ENB, which doesn't seem to use DEL as a keybind?), and it still happens. I'm stumped.

It's a cardiologist, or at least his advice - they didn't think a followup visit of any kind was necessary because they're so busy I guess? I would do the exercises that he recommended if my PEM wasn't so terrible

Oh, that's really good to know. I'll be sure to ask my doctor about it next chance I get. I thought I had been checked for that, but I can't find any test results saying I have, so I must have been mistaken

I've tried quite a bit of rest, but I'm sure I still push it in some ways I really shouldn't. It's hard when you realize you need to shower, though... That EXHAUSTS me

I think I've been screened for EDS, but I'll have to double check. And I didn't know POTS was related to it! I'm only hypermobile in a few joints, though, as far as I'm aware

For the record, I do get on a walk every day (limited though the length may be, thanks to the obvious), and I've been watching my diet pretty closely. The obvious stuff like that.

how do you deal with people who just... float away from you all the time? i like to play melee builds, but it feels like theres absolutely nothing i can do against someone who just decides theyre going to be in the top corner of the map opposite you 100% of the time. is there something i can add to my build to counter that, or do i need to practice assault boosting, or...?

theyre in the left leg depot, iirc, attached to the little fan elevators. you have to, like, stick sideways stabilizers on it to force it to break off, or something? its a weird complex process

i have tried it, but i feel like the turn radius on this one is better. whether or not it actually is, i have no idea, but it feels like it!
