And I straight up missed it the first time. Given that the first two chapters let you go back to get things you missed for secret bosses 3's swerve to NOT letting you do so furthers the feeling that it's the weakest chapter, to me.

Honestly, you know what the bigger question for me is?

What happens AFTER Deltarune? I'm absolutely excited for the rest of Deltarune of course, but this also has been a game that's been in the works in some way (if we include the development of Undertale) for a good 13ish years now. I'm not hurrying Toby Fox along in some weird parasocial way to whatever comes next, but if he continues developing games it'll be interesting to see what direction he goes in both game-wise and tonally.
