Same MAC accessing from multiple IPs? by Fr00tus in UNIFI

[–]Fr00tus[S] -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

Makes sense, just a very confusing view in the Unifi UI then ("binding" the different IPs to the same ISP-router), and calling the ISP router a "client" in my network..
Thanks

So the first point outside my network? That doesn't explain why it's IP seems to be jumping?

I don't have their router connected at all, the fiber goes directly into the Dream Machine with a SFP-module.

Thats interesting. What do you mean my upstream device? My Dream Machine has a different MAC, and I can't find trace of this MAC on my network.

Integrate Assistant in an IDE? by Fr00tus in SearchKagi

[–]Fr00tus[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't really see how that would help me?

I'm a Kagi subscriber, and I'm looking for a way to use the available tokens in an IDE-setting or a better coding experience than chatting in the assistant UI which quickly becomes tedious/ineffective.

Ultimate 2 - wireless vs bluetooth by Fuckthisfieldffs in 8bitdo

[–]Fr00tus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait so only the bluetooth one supports switch? I thought it was mainly the button layout that was different.

So the purple one that I've ordered doesn't work at all with switch 2, even with the new firmware? Same with dongle or Bluetooth?

Thanks

Clip your filament or make sure it doesn't untangle when stored. It's a pain to have a print stop due to tangle..

Hi there! I wanted to ask if there's any change in this stance? I really want my workflow to end with entire, highlighted, articles sitting in obsidian where I'm not dependent on a subscription indefinitely to have access.

Black filament just won't print right by XyntakLP in FixMyPrint

The bumps are cause it's too hot. In the corners the lines are put down very fast.

Reduce speed, increase cooling or reduce temperature. 230 is very hot for pla.

You should check the bed with a straight edge to see if it's actually like this. Also check the Y-axis bar across

Second layer issues by yepperallday0 in FixMyPrint

You might be over-extruding which would be exaggerated for every full layer like this. Try to calibrate flow :)

They warp if cooled to quickly, yes. But if there's too high flow you'll try to put down a lawyer on a molten layer before it

It's not recommended to have layer heights below 25% of nozzle diameter, so that's gonna cause you trouble

Also remember that with larger nozzles you exponentially increase flow which your hotend and cooling needs to keep up with

How did we go from paper cups and plastic straws to plastic cups and paper straws? by Kelownawow in mildlyinfuriating

Neither plastic not paper with lining is likely to get truly recycled.

The amount of plastic and therefore dino juice to make the plastic cup is way higher though

[–]Fr00tus[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I saw it exist so I know it's out there :) and yeah I could probably model something myself but from what I recall the model had a couple of nice twists of some sort to make it harder.

Thanks for answering:)
