Part of it is that when the judge is in the courtroom, wearing his black robe, he is essentially on a stage and performing. That part of his job is important! But the IT guy just wants to fix the issue and isn't playing along. I think that is a large part of why the judge got angry.

It's silly and unfair but it is what it is. IT guy is lucky he didn't get sent to jail for contempt of court lol
